¼ oz.  cointreau

¼ oz.  benedictine

¼ oz. Herring cherry liqueur

¾ oz.  gin

Dash of bitters

Seltzer water

Orange slice & cherry garnish

Peach Me

1 cherry

Dash of bitters

Muddle

Add ice

½ oz. peach schnapps

¼ oz. simple syrup

2 oz. brandy

Stir

Strain & pour over ice

Garnish with orange & cherry
